The hardware community came out in full force

We’re so lucky to have such an amazing community around the country. We just wrapped up our holiday parties in New York, San Francisco, and Boston. It’s been exciting to honor another great year for the hardware community with live music, catered food, drinks, and demos from local founders.

Here’s a recap of what went down:

In San Francisco, we hosted over 175 people at Studio 45 in collaboration with Hardware Collective. We had demos from some amazing startups, including Mosi Audio, Carbon Origins, Labsmore LLC, and TinyBox.

In New York, there were nearly 300 people at our holiday gathering at Newlab, a vibrant community of deep tech entrepreneurs, in collaboration with NYC Robotics Network. Party guests enjoyed demos from Makelab, Easy Aerial, Remie Dog, and Power Ups

Over in Boston, we had over 70 people at MassRobotics, an innovation hub for robotics startups.  We saw inspiring demos from kitchen automation startup Bridge Appliances

We weren’t the only ones hosting hardware parties for the holidays. Austin Hardware Meetup had their first meeting with our friends at Voler Systems. We can’t wait to see how this community grows.

We hope you’re as excited for 2024 as we are. Kick off the new year with us at CES in Las Vegas at the first All City Meetup Hardware House Party on January 10, 2024. There’s still time to reserve your spot and join us.

Happy Holidays and Happy New Year from all of us at informal! May the new year bring innovation, inspiration, and success!
