Join us for holiday celebrations around the country!

With the year coming to a close and the holiday season upon us, we’re excited to celebrate our community around the country. Join us for our holiday celebrations:

San Francisco: December 7 at Studio 45
New York: December 14 at Newlab
Boston: December 13 at MassRobotics
Las Vegas: January 10 at CES

Find us at CES in Las Vegas!

If you’re planning to be in Las Vegas in January for CES, join us on the 10th for our Hardware House Party. CES is the one event each year where everyone who is anyone in the hardware industry is in the same place at once, so we’re throwing a party for all 20,000+ members of the Hardware Meetup community.

We’ve rented out an entire suite in Caesars Palace in collaboration with Kickstarter to bring everyone together with hardware demos, food, and drinks. This is the first time all 28+ Hardware Meetups are invited to meet in one place. You don’t want to miss it!

Don’t miss us in San Francisco!

If you’re in San Francisco, celebrate the end of 2023 with us at our annual Hardware Holiday Party on December 7th! We’ll have good food, great drinks, holiday entertainment, and hardware demos galore. Stop by to check out Studio 45, enjoy a toast with fellow hardware pros, and cap off another great year for the Bay Area hardware community. We’ll be serving southern comfort food from our friends at The Front Porch, and there will be a jazz band playing vibey music — including holiday classics!

See you in New York!

If you’re in New York, we’re back at Newlab for our annual Hardware Holiday Party on December 14th! This year we’re also partnering with the NY Robotics Network to put on this event. As is our holiday tradition, we’ll have good beer, nice wines, delicious food, and a live jazz band playing holiday classics. Attire is informal and holiday sweaters are highly encouraged. Bonus points if yours lights up or has interactive elements.

We’ll also be in Boston!

If you’re a Boston local, we’re hosting our party on December 13th at MassRobotics! Rather than our usual talks and networking, we thought we’d keep things light and festive for our last event of the year. Join us for a good old fashioned holiday mixer. Bring your prototypes and hardware projects to share with other attendees! Everyone is strongly encouraged to wear an ugly holiday sweater. Bonus points if your sweater is your hardware project.

If you want other ways to connect with your loved ones, check out our Holiday Gift Guide, which features top notch products from the informal community.
